Mick Ebeling

As a career producer and filmmaker and now founder and CEO of Not Impossible, Ebeling harvests the power of technology and story to change the world.


Working with a wide array of Fortune 500 companies, Ebeling not only pushes the bar on innovation, he also shares the emotionally resonating story of doing so. These narratives of overcoming seemingly impossible odds have inspired people across the world to do the same.


Alex Drummond

Alex Drummond, Principal at BCG in New York. He is core member of BCG's Global Payments Practice and leads the Global payments acceptance segment.  He is passionate about innovation in payments, and tracks key trends and evolutions closely.  In his role, he advises clients across the payments value chain, including card issuers, networks, payment service providers and merchant acquirers.   Within Payments, Alex has deep expertise in advising on acquisitions, having advised on dozens of strategic due diligences, and had led multiple growth strategy and diversification efforts.  He has also led multiple operating model programs.  His most recent experience has been in advising on cobrand deals and payments M&A.  




Javier Guerrero

Javier Guerrero leads the faster payments practice for the Americas at Edgar, Dunn & Company’s San Francisco office. Javier is an expert in emerging payments and the ongoing evolution of the payments industry driven by the introduction of mobile payments, eWallets, distributed ledger technologies and real-​time infrastructure, particularly in the US, Latin American, European and Australian markets. His experience includes collaborating with network schemes, issuers, acquirers, associations, PSPs, MNOs, and other financial institutions in developing and promoting adoption and acceptance of new payments services. Prior to joining EDC, Javier was Director of Strategy at Ameriprise Financial and a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and at Opera Solutions.




Cal Braunstein

Cal Braunstein serves as Chairman/CEO and Executive Director of Research at the Robert Frances Group (RFG). He has his deep and broad experiences helping businesses improve their business outcomes by integrating IT with the business. He focuses on business solution innovation, marketing and strategy including business strategy management, cost/benefit analyses, business process management, enterprise systems architecture, financing, mission-​critical systems, projects and portfolio management, procurement, risk management, sustainability, and vendor management. His goal is to helps users and vendors make the right decisions and communicate their visions and initiatives in the most positive way possible. One of his current efforts is the development of a next generation enterprise banking architecture.



Bob Meara

Bob Meara is a senior analyst with Celent's banking practice and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.  His research focused on the branch and ATM delivery channels, omnichannel delivery and check and cash payment processing technologies.  A well-​known authority on remote deposit capture, Bob has led multiple consulting engagements including several proprietary research projects involving financial services hardware, software and the impact of self-​service on branch banking.
